Parkview Commons Condominiums are located in Berea, Ohio at 101 & 115 South Rocky River Drive. The property consists of two seven-story, brick buildings containing ninety-four (94) individual condominium units. The condominium property uses the services of the City of Berea Police and Fire Departments.

Located adjacent to Coe Lake and the Metroparks, Parkview Commons is within walking distance of downtown Berea and Baldwin Wallace University, as well as the Berea Library, City Hall, Post Office, grocery store, restaurants, and shops.

Each building has one elevator. There is a Laundry Room on each floor from 2-6. A Parking Tag is required to avoid towing in our private parking lot. Maximum of one tag is issued. Guests and multiple vehicle residents are required to park elsewhere.

Our Association

As a private condominium property, our own Declaration of Condominium Ownership and Bylaws govern us. We are a self-managed Association, and elect our own Board of Trustees from unit owners. The Board manages Association affairs on behalf of the unit owners. The Annual Meeting of the unit owners for the election of Board Members is held in December each year. An Annual Report and year-end Financial Statement are provided annually.
